Heritage Sportsbook Payout Issues

Newbie here seeking advice or assistance. I have been a recreational player at Heritage for years. Signed up with the assurance that I would always be paid in the method of my deposits. I sought this assurance because I don't have a bitcoin account and am not interested in getting involved with it for obvious reasons besides being computer illiterate.

After years of depositing with cashiers checks and money grams I finally build up a balance to recover my previous losses. So attempted to make a small withdrawl today and was only given the option of bitcoin. I requested to talk to a supervisor and he told me that bitcoin is the only option I have. And that it was too bad I don't have a bitcoin account but tough shit.

I am requesting the payout due to medical issues so would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I've been informed by others that the cashiers check payouts they received from Heritage came back to their banks unpaid but that was months ago. Anyone else?

I read on another site they have recently quit using checks. I'm disappointed too. Someone said give it some time but I don't really know what to tell u...Best of Luck
